For all invitees across all hospitality groups, Speedway Motorsports managed the creation of invitations, RSVP management, ticket deployment, a Know Before you go style email, executive itinerary and a 24/7 dedicated team for any guest questions or concerns throughout the process and race weekend.

Speedway Motorsports supplied complimentary hotel accommodations at the Fairmont Austin Hotel with VIP hotel guest status. Upon arriving, all executives and VIP guests received a welcome gift package with apparel. All guest transportation was managed with a private black car service for all travel and planned race activities. All guests were invited to two private VIP industry events Saturday evening before the race. The EchoPark Executives and VIP guests had a dedicated concierge the entire race weekend. Additionally, executives had a private meet and greet with Midland the pre-race concert, private driver and celebrity meet and greet, and private access to a pre-race 1948 hospitality area.

A private EchoPark Automotive branded loft in the prestigious Fairmont Lofts. All 300 attendees received a race day welcome gift upon entering, complimentary food/beverage throughout the race day, private tours around exclusive areas of the track, VIP credentials, COTA club access, and premier seating inside/outside to watch the race. Within the loft, there were appearances from EchoPark Automotive executives and Michael Waltrip where fans/customers/employees were able to interact for a meet/greet throughout the day.

All 8 Care Act Winners and a guest received a complimentary hotel stay at the Fairmont Austin and private black car transportation throughout the race weekend. Saturday, they had access to the Grandstand Executive Suite with VIP credentials, food/beverage provided throughout the day in the suite, and an exclusive invitation to an industry party held at the Fairmont Austin. Sunday guests had VIP credentials and Paddock Loft tickets with food/beverage provided throughout the day.

All 22 brand ambassadors plus a guest that help promote and represent EchoPark Automotive in the Fan Zone and Parking Lot Activation received VIP treatment VIP ticketing, complimentary COTA Club passes in the Paddock Loft Friday, Saturday and Sunday, plus EchoPark Automotive Paddock Loft passes for Sunday.

100 VIP parking passes and private black car services provided race weekend for guests throughout the race weekend.

EchoPark Automotive was able to invite customers and employees with a total of 100 attendees plus a bonus amount of 25 tickets to increase employee and customer morale.
